For comfort the house is fully air conditioned and includes WiFi, Cable TV, Blu-Ray DVD player and the telephone includes free local and national (US) calls.

THE VILLA  

The Villa is 2,100 sq ft in floor area under cover, excluding the double car garage and Porch, with a 20 ft square pool to the rear all set in half an acre of manicured lawn.

Accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, The luxury master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk in wardrobe and an en-suite bath/shower room. The generous second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. Apart from the en-suite bathroom there is an additional bathroom and shower room.

A games room can second as a further twin or double bedroom.

The open plan Great Room, Nook and Kitchen links to the separate Dining Room and Study. Access to the garage is gained from the Kitchen area.

The kitchen is fully fitted and well equiped including dishwasher, twin sinks, electric cooker, microwave and large fridge with ice dispenser.

The Master Bedroom, Games Room and Great room all have sliding doors with access to the Pool.

Included in the garage is an autowasher and tumble dryer.
